I seek to engage wider range of public in the constitutional discourse through analysis of decisions rendered on important constitutional aspects, rights by the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. This blog will also highlight on the legislative developments, comment on Bills and policy decisions of the government. Biography -I am a practicing advocate at Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. I graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in year 2010. I am engaged in various academic programs and research activities promoting Rule of Law and culture of Constitutional Governance.
